Q: What do you do in your work-shop?
A: In our work-shop for 14 years now we do hand made engravings on crystal or glass objects, big or small, flat or cylindrical etc. Except from the engraving we can process crystal with many methods and create items for every need. Crystals for your table, for interior decoration, Venetian mirrors, corporate gifts, special orders, awards and many more are some of the items that we can create for you. The last few years we also engrave on metal and plastic.

Q: What items can you repair?
A: In our work-shop we can repair almost any crystal or glass object. The repair is a process long and tedious, so the cost is some times bigger than the manufacturing of the object from the beginning. That is why we suggest to our customers not to repair objects that don’t have an important economic or sentimental value.

Q: Is there a limit about the size of the crystal item that
you can engrave on it?

A: Unfortunately yes. Because of the fact that we process by hand every item in our work-shop, we can engrave or generally work on surfaces that they have a size that we can manipulate during the work on the turning lathe.

Q: Which is the minimum quantity for a retail customer to engrave items, brought by him or bought from you?
A: For buying crystal items the minimum quantity is 6 items for drinking glasses and 1 item for every other object. For the engraving the minimum quantity is 12 for the drinking glasses, except from the glasses with monograms that you can engrave and a single item.

Q: The items that you engrave must be purchased by your work-shop,
or can I bring objects that I already have?

A: You can do both. As you know we have a work-shop with main activity the engraving on crystals and other materials. Our primary work is to create, not to trade. So the customer can also bring his own items for engraving. There are only two preconditions; the objects should worth to be engraved by hand, the items must have a smooth surface.
